The Assignment
Hercules hired The Generation to modernize its digital presence. The previous website was built over seven years ago and needed to be renewed to better meet today’s demands. The client requested a solution that would highlight the company’s strengths and create a more vibrant and modern website. Particularly important was to showcase the people behind the work and to create a clear navigation structure. The website should also convey that Hercules is a serious, reliable, and competent player in the foundation industry.

Results
We delivered a modern website focusing on solutions and results rather than machinery. The design was created with the target audiences in mind, with customers as the primary focus and job seekers as secondary. The new website offers better opportunities to highlight selected offers and is optimized to drive conversions for both customer contacts and job seekers. Integration with SmartRecruiters enhances the ability to showcase Hercules as an attractive employer, while the interactive map makes it easy for visitors to find contacts in different regions.
